GTC Cable Processing Solutions was formed from the closure of Grote & Hartmann SA (Pty) LTD in October 2004. The Company was originally owned and managed by 3 ex-Grote & Hartmann employees, and began trading out of the old Grote & Hartmann (Pty) LTD premises situated in Wynberg, Johannesburg.
In October 2006 the Company moved to new premises located in Alrode, Alberton in Johannesburg
In June 2007, one of the 3 founding Members, decided to venture out on his own. The Company is presently owned and managed by Robert Champion and Dirk Trytsman.
GTC Cable Processing Solutions was established to ensure continuation of technical support and service to customers that had appreciated the same from Grote & Hartmann SA (Pty) LTD.
GTC Cable Processing Solutions business is focused on the cable and wire harness manufacturing industries, with the aim of providing an automated solution to any wire or cable process. Our 'one-stop machine shop' approach to the cable and wire harness industry has proved to be successful with our customers.
Our technical department is headed by Dirk Trytsman who has over 17 years experience in this Industry. His department has trained technicians, (some of whom have come from Grote & Hartmann (Pty) LTD) and others whose background includes experience on well-known branded Machines and Equipment. Our technical department provides comprehensive after-sales service and support.
GTC is also heavily focused on the Terminal & Connector industry and is driven to grow it's market share with the Lear range of Terminals, Connectors and other related products.
Our Sales department assists customers with decisions pertaining to Terminals, Connectors, Seals, Applicators, Wear Parts, Blades, Machines and/ or equipment that best suit their budget - whilst ensuring that the best possible solution is offered.
